We offer a wide variety of classes for every level and each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for every class to allow yourself time to check in and set up.
All Levels Vinyasa
Looking for a dynamic, full body workout that will build your strength and improve your flexibility? This is it! Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which each movement is connected to the next and also coordinates with your breath. This class is suitable for all levels with plenty of modifications offered for those who have never done yoga as well as those who have been practicing for years.
Flow for Flexibility
This all levels class is focused on improving flexibility and helping your body recover from all of the stress it experiences on a daily basis. Not flexible? No problem! This is where you can go to gain more flexibility. Super bendy? This class is for you too! Tons of modifications will be offered to make sure that you are moving in the best way for your body!
What better way to start your day than with some movement? This all levels (beginner friendly) yoga class is the perfect way to wake up your body and mentally prepare yourself for the day ahead. Class begins with breath work, moves through several sun salutations, and ends with deep stretching. You'll get a full body workout and leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day!
Movement for Mobility
This class is all about improving mobility and is designed in a way that makes it accessible to everyone. The entire class can be done from an exercise ball, chair, or wheelchair and there will plenty of modifications offered to meet you exactly where you are. Perfect for seniors, people with disabilities, recovering from injuries, or who just want a slower paced class.
Lunch Break Yoga
Struggling to find enough time in the day to squeeze in a workout? Get it in on your lunch break! This all levels, 30 minute class will provide you with a quick, full body workout that is perfect for helping you reset to get through the rest of your day!
Yoga on the Ball
In the circuit of your workout week, Yoga on the Ball is your active rest. Using stability balls for support and assistance, gentle movement and stretching nurse and heal the body halfway through the week in order to recover, rejuvenate, and end strong!
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. This workout will combine cardio, conditioning, flexibility, and balance all into a one hour dance party. No previous dance experience is required, just show up ready to move!
Based in fundamental ballet techniques, Center Barre provides a total body workout of targeted, high-rep exercises while calling on the core for stability. No previous ballet experience required!
